'71 Supergroup PA vs Guitar Amp

Postby adam79 » Fri Nov 30, 2012 4:47 am

I'm thinking about buying a '71 Supergroup PA online. I've never had the chance to play one of these. The PA is a MK1 100 watt (non-master volume) w/ Partridge trannies. How does the PA circuitry, and sound, differ from the Guitar amp? These amps don't come around that often (especially these early non-MV), which is why I'm even considering the PA version.

hi dude. works great. the sound is a little more deep and the distorsion is more subtle and sweet. great volume and a very nice clean. also, works great with pedals
i'm currently selling one, if you're still interested
